Green Living represents a simple, alternative, creative and sustainable way of life. Amongst the hustle of our daily schedules, we understand how easy it can be to lose track of underlying obligations like eating healthy and enjoying the finer things in life. Green Living was created with the purpose of spreading awareness around the benefits of living a healthy life within a natural environment.
We need to spend more of our time away from our screens and find ways to let nature balance our lives. Spending valuable time in nature will help increase feelings of well-being and a creative frame of mind.
In the Woods
A summer club program that gets kids outside and connects them with nature! Our nature club takes place entirely outdoors. Time outside in real nature is the motivation behind everything we do. Our aim is to encourage kids to connect with their wild selves and investigate the world of nature. The Green Living Summer Club will run from 1st week of July to 2nd week of September between Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm.
An Exclusive and Unique Opportunity
Our Summer Club allows children to explore in nature and offers just the right mix of fun and hands-on learning. It will be a long lasting education experience and will give the children chance to view their worlds and their life in a much more positive, healthy and responsible way.
Every day promises new nature adventures filled with hands-on experiences, with traditional activities such as games, crafts, cookery and drama. Each week has a unique theme to encourage learning and exploration of outdoors. Our program aims to encourage curiosity and discovery in the natural environment.
Every day will be a nature themed day with goals to nurture an awareness and appreciation of the environment. The program fosters teamwork and mutual respect for others. The program promotes agricultural opportunities and learning experiences for children to explain how we affect the land and how it affects us. We offer workshops in Gardening, Life Skills, Cookery, Woodcraft, Fitness, Pilates, Dance and Music.
While students work hard to get good grades, many still struggle to gain employment. At Green Living we are looking at developing key entrepreneurial competences with focus on the ability to self-manage, solve problems, understand the business environment & work well as part of a team. Workshops for this age group include: Gardening, cooking, nutrition, Yoga, Kickboxing, woodcraft & clay making.
There will be a minimum of one qualified First aider present on site, every day.
Eco Therapy Workshops for Adults
The aim of Green Living is to be an Eco friendly sustainable village with programs for all ages all year round, providing workshops on understanding the benefits of nature, health, sustainable living & creative arts together with outdoor activities.

Our unique program offers adults the chance to recharge and connect with other like-minded adults while being inspired by a highly qualified, caring and dedicated team. You will be walking away full of new and intriguing skills, using gardening, nutrition & creative skills as a pathway to a happier and healthier lives for you and your family.
Join us for an exciting environmental education experience for grown-ups in the peaceful surroundings of Manikata. The program features workshops on How to grow your own veg at home; gaining better health eating the right foods; how to make safe & effective home-cleaning products; Woodcraft, Yoga, Tai Chi, Fitness, Pilates, Kickboxing & Permaculture. Classes are typically one or two hours in duration spent outdoors.
Who we are
A professional and qualified group of friends that passionately believe our brightest future is one lived in harmony with nature. Our aim is to encourage the enjoyment and celebration of nature, learn from the natural world, while promoting health, creativity and teach sustainable practices.
After finishing school I worked as a PA in an office of auditors however at the age of 22 I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident which left me with serious disabilities. Following this incident, three years later my sister died tragically. She was my mentor and I was her shadow. When my sister died, my world died with her as I lost my zest for life and to make matters worse I later also developed fibromyalgia (a rheumatic disorder that causes muscle tenderness, pain and fatigue). Keeping a positive approach to life and after having exhausting years of traditional treatments, instead of giving up I sought and found new life through alternative therapy, such as practicing Yoga, following a more healthy and balanced diet, while also being creative in my spare time, (as when you are being creative you are using the right side of your brain which helps promote intuition). It was a long tough ride and thanks to this journey I found the discovery of Eco Therapy (spending more time in nature) to be the most beneficial and this is what led me to be inspired with the creation of Green Living.
I now live each day filled with energy, optimism and joy and I wish that through my experience I can be an example of what it takes to forge a personal path to your best health.
I believe in the power of nature and Montessori methods. “Nature is the best place where our children should be when they have free time, and Green Living is the perfect example of real nature in Malta. There is lots to learn, explore and most of all have fun to!”
Leaving a senior management career behind, all I wanted to do is garden, and show others how to garden using simple tools and natural methods without the use of harmful chemicals.
So far, I was able to help both local farmers and also families with my ambition to continue doing just that!
Founder and director of Angka café& Green clinic Rejuvenation center in Malta, coordinator of Angka meditation movement in Europe and Russia.
She specialized and practice as a Psychiatrist, and later on as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist. For over 20 years she is working on Holistic field of Natural Healing and Transpersonal Psychology with good benefits. She is known as a Stress management specialist, an active propagandist of Conscious eating and Conscious being. Her years of professional experience, combining Medical science, Transpersonal Psychology, Naturopathy and Ayurveda, Su Jok Onnuri therapy, Angka meditation and Reiki healing, lead her to develop the program of self-healing and rejuvenation, helping to awake the potential resources of human organism and to overcome a serious, labeled as incurable, health/mind conditions. Having gone through a serious illness, she truly believes for the hope and the choices, which everyone is deserve to use.
Through her project, the Art of YourSelf, she offers the opportunities to some who lost their hope to improve their health condition and life management. It is also must be interesting for people who are looking for transformation and self-discovery, for professional skill or for healthy entertainment.
Dr. Lidia’s professional vision goes beyond health itself to embrace the full-body, mind, soul awakening and to re-connect with the Spiritual Source of Nature. She believes that the chronic malnutrition and the lack of knowledge, love and tolerance are the deepest triggers in statistically growing diseases and the violence attitude. During her workshops, many realized that the loving self-attitude, balanced eating and meditation can be a natural cure for unwellness, it can provide illuminate health and perceptive mind.
She became a teacher because she wants to live a life of service to others, especially to children and teens. Children and nature are her all-time inspiration; they fuel her with passion and motivation to keep on doing what she loves doing most.
She is going to be offering a class for kids and teens
The exercise program she is hosting for kids and teens offers a large range of benefits to children. Improved posture and spinal alignment are realized as exercises increase the strength and flexibility of the abdominal and inner muscles of the body (the core or trunk). It promotes toned, sleek bodies and improves athletic performance. Through Pilates, children can gain awareness of their body, and learn how to move efficiently and gracefully.
My great love for preparing women for what it means to be pregnant and giving birth, and what it does to their body, was the reason why I broke up with the public system and left my safe job as a midwife at Roskilde Hospital in March 2017.
For more than 10 years, I have helped pregnant women find peace and security in their pregnancy as well as preparing for the upcoming birth and upcoming mother role.
